Prof. Ezekiel Chibundu is a world-renowned Food Microbiologist and Mycotoxicologist with nearly two decades of experience in food safety, mycotoxin analysis, dietary exposure and risk assessment, and molecular microbiology. He is a Visiting Professor at Clifford University and Senior Scientist at the Institute of Bioanalytics and Agro-Metabolomics, BOKU Vienna. He serves as technical advisor to the FAO, the African Union's PACA, and the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA).
